assignment for tuesday (optional but recommended)

if the blog you analyzed last week is worth recommending--i get the sense many of them are *not* from your papers though, ha!--please write a "comment" to this post [there is a link below] and give a brief one-sentence description of the blog as well as the web address [URL] for it. thanks!!

ps. if the blog you analyzed last week was no good, you might also send a message advising your classmates to stay away :)

I thought that the blog I reviewed was pretty good, and the blogger is still updating his site. Here's the URL: http://www.travelblog.org/Bloggers/Alvin/ Travelblog.org is a website dedicated to bloggers who are writing about their travels to different countries. You should check it out.

i read a blog called American idle for last weeks' assignment. About an L.a. man living in samoa with the peace corps. He gave me no perspective on America that used his overseas experiences as a reference. In fact he hardly mentioned these experiences. I advise anyone that this site is not worth much for english 367.

The blog I found was really interesting, the guy was from Colombia and came here for all of his schooling then moved back to Columbia, he is a very strange individual. You can find him at ergio.blogspot.com

The blog I used last week was excellent, "An Atheist Soldier." I found it at blogsearchengine.com or you can go to http://godlesskinser.tblog.com/. It is an excellent first person view of the War in Iraq. He has a different view than most soldiers too. Check it out!
